ViaJapan was established in April 2007.

Our aims are as follows:

• To open up the Far East to people who had previously thought that it was too far, too expensive or too difficult to get to.

• To save our customers time by using our systems, tools and product knowledge to guarantee a fast booking process.
• To make savings on all components of the packages and pass these on to our customers.
• To use our knowledge of the countries on offer to give advice to our customers on where to go, what to see and how to maximise enjoyment of their trip.
• To listen to your feedback on ViaJapan and try to change the things you don’t like and further develop the things you do.
